    ETPL Voorburg - Volunteer Registration Form

    This form is meant to register yourself as a volunteer for the ETPL 2026 matches being played in Voorburg The Netherlands at Sportpark Westvliet. The first leg of the tournament will be played from Wednesday August 26 up till Sunday September 6 (17 matches). But we also need hands before and after those dates to build up and clean up. People volunteering for the pre- and post event work, will get priority when assigning the regular volunteer roles.

    Every volunteer will receive free entry to all games, an 'ETPL volunteer' outfit (shirts, fleece and jacket) and food & beverages. Only exception is the cover crew, they will receive € 25 per match, and we are looking to recruit 30 people that each are available for a minimum of 12 matches.

    Everyone is free to register, but people registering should take care of transport, accommodation, visa, and medical insurance themselves. The ETPL organisation will NOT provide that or provide support in arranging for that.

    (Pre- and post-tournament and the rest day your attendance is required from 9am - 5pm (with some flexibility, for Matchdays you shoul be there an hour in advance, matches start at 11 am and 3 pm)
