ETPL 2026: Full Schedule Announced, Season Set to Open August 26

The European T20 Premier League has released its complete fixture list for the inaugural season, confirming a 26-day tournament window running from August 26 to September 20, 2026, across two venues in the Netherlands and Ireland.

All six franchises, Amsterdam Flames, Belfast Wolves, Dublin Guardians, Edinburgh Castle Rockers, Glasgow Cosmic and Rotterdam Dockers, will play a 30-match league phase before the competition moves into a knockout stage featuring a Qualifier and a Final.

The season splits neatly into two legs. The opening ten days of action, August 26 to September 6, will be hosted in Voorburg in the Netherlands. As many as 15 league matches are scheduled at VCC, several of them as day-night doubleheaders, with morning games starting locally at 11:30am and evening fixtures following at 3:15pm.

After a two-day travel window on September 7 and 8, the tournament shifts to Malahide in Dublin for the second leg. Fifteen more league matches will be played here through September 17, before three franchises with the strongest records advance toward the business end of the competition. The Qualifier is set for September 19, with the Final following on September 20, both at Malahide.

The schedule has been built with player workload in mind. Rest days are built in after each cluster of matches, giving squads recovery time after a demanding run of fixtures across two countries.

For a league spanning three countries and two ICC member boards, in Ireland, a Full Member nation, and the Netherlands, alongside player representation from Scotland, the schedule reflects the genuinely pan-European ambition behind ETPL. Fans in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh and Glasgow now have concrete dates to plan around and broadcasters have a clear window to build their coverage plans.

With the Player Draft complete and franchise squads locked in, the release of the full schedule marks the last major piece of the puzzle before ETPL 2026 gets underway. Twenty-six days, six cities represented, two venues, and one trophy on the line, the countdown to the opening match in Voorburg has officially begun.
