ALI HASAN

Ali Hasan is one of the most promising young fast bowling talents in Italian cricket and provides the Amsterdam Flames with the option of a left-arm seam that can make an impact with the new ball. The Italian international, born on 29 October 2002, has earned a reputation for mixing disciplined line and length with natural swing, making him an effective wicket-taking option in the shortest format.

Hasan made his T20I debut for Italy in 2022, and quickly became an integral part of the national side. He has played 11 T20 Internationals and has taken 13 wickets at an average of 17.61 and an economy rate of just 6.18 as of June 2026. Good numbers for a young fast bowler who is still in the early stages of his international career.

His best international performance came against Spain in 2022 where he picked up impressive figures of 3 for 9 to guide Italy to victory. Earlier this year, Hasan had been in consistently hot form, taking at least one wicket in each of Italy’s five T20 internationals in February 2026 versus Canada, UAE, Scotland, Nepal and England, underlining his ability to perform against a variety of opposition.
