Still only 23, Jack Jarvis has already established himself as an important part of Scotland's seam-bowling stocks. The right-arm medium-fast bowler came through Scotland's Under-19 set-up before making his ODI debut against Nepal in 2023, and has since developed into a dependable option capable of operating across different phases of an innings. His ability to combine discipline with subtle changes of pace has helped him make the step up to international cricket.
Jarvis has shown a particular knack for producing breakthroughs against strong opposition. His ODI best of 4/40 came during the 2024 ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 campaign, while his T20I best of 3/14 came against UAE. He was also selected as Scotland's replacement for the 2026 T20 World Cup after already travelling with the squad as a reserve, underlining his growing importance to the national side.
For Edinburgh Castle Rockers, Jarvis brings youth, international experience and a bowling style capable of offering control without sacrificing the ability to take wickets. With his familiarity with Scottish conditions and growing exposure to international and T20 cricket, he could prove to be a valuable seam option for the Rockers in the inaugural ETPL season.
Jack represents Edinburgh Castle Rockers in the European T20 Premier League. Originally from Scotland, Jack brings international experience and flair to every match.
With a career batting average of 15.33 and a strike rate of 108.23, Jack has been one of the most consistent run-scorers in the competition, accumulating 92 runs.
As a bowler, Jack has claimed 11 wickets at an average of 21.45 with best figures of 3/14.
